CHIPAC Performance Training.

Topper and Laser Race training and coaching extended to all CHPSC sailors in Regional, Performance
and National squads.
5 - 8pm Wednesday nights, ................to revisit aspects of your winter training in Squad incorporating the New RYA Volvo Champion Club Coaching handbook  sessions. (All boats to be race prepared).

Wednesday, 29th April,2009  In cabin for 5.45pm briefing .....Rigged. Pen/paper optional but Drinks bottles essential!!!!.

Sailor  defined for this week especially for our Topper sailors attending Grafham Water SC for the 'Magic Marine' Topper Inland Championships this weekend plus 'Stopping'... and 'Acceleration' on the start line
(Laser sailors more than welcome.. Give you someone to Chase!!!)
 
Other sessions..................... Tacking /Gybing/ upwind sailing/ downwind sailing/ windward mark rounding/leeward mark rounding/ reaching/ sailing in waves (upwind+downwind) /starting/ use of compass. PLUS sessions for those attending CYRC series on the wednesday before the event...
