The new 2013 menu has now been published - Why not try the Goat Cheese Tart with Caramelised Onion, Orange and Pear or the Smoked Salmon with Prawn on a Rocket Salad as a starter.
There are 12 main courses to choose from including the Special Anglesey Mixed Grill and as always a great selection of desserts.
