After the successful ILCA Nationals, its straight into the Techno Worlds, showcasing this class of young sailors from all over the world. Its been a privilege for our small team of volunteers to facilitate this event for these young sailors, who are absolutely smashing it on and off the water! Well done to Chris Jones 1st welsh boat in the ILCA Uk Open and National, Laser championship last week. Check out his results.
Very good for a local competing against some of the younger elite. Only PSC boat competing.
The ILCA UK and Open National Championships 2025 had 212 competitors in three fleets. The Championships was hosted at Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Event Centre, and was very successful.
The feedback received from officials and competitors was fantastic.
