Trailer Number (need to attach to trailer winch)

Trailer Reminder Number (need to attach to rib keys)

All Ribs will be launched before the Championship if possible.

Having launched your boat, please take it to your designated mooring next to Versa Dock. RIBs should not be left moored at any other location.

A CHPSC Dory is available to FERRY to access and egress the floating pontoon. Please leave the Dory under the bridge.

Your trailer should be left in the designated Rib Trailer Park with the Trailer Number attached on the winch.

MOORING

Because of the number of RIBs expected, all official Safety Fleet RIBs will be provided with overnight moorings at the side of the Versa dock (see the attached diagram). PSC do not have permission to use the pontoons

It will not be possible to bring RIBs ashore each evening.  Please ensure that your insurance covers overnight mooring.

The club will endeavor to provide support RIBs with moorings. The ESO will provide details.  Otherwise, support RIBS may make their own arrangements with the Pwllheli Marina.

Ferry

A Ferry will be manned 1 hr before schedule race start time  until start time and 1hr after last finisher. A lift to the Rib mooring can be arranged through the club office.

TRAILER PARKING

Having launched and secured your RIB, your RIB trailer will be taken to the trailer park which will be located in next door to the Dingy Park.

RECOVERY AT THE END OF THE EVENT

Details for the recovery of RIBs will be confirmed at Friday’s safety briefing.  With a large number of RIBs to recover, we will have to have to operate some sort of queuing system.  A CHPSC Marshal will be standing on top of the slip

Please give the Marshall your Trailer Number

The Marshall will contact Tractor in the in the trailer Park

The Marshall will make a list as the ribs arrive to recover the boat
