If you are following the Volvo Ocean Race - keep your eye on Dee Caffari's 'Turn the Tide on Plastics' which is crewed by Bleddyn Mon.

Bleddyn came third in the Splash Worlds hosted in Pwllheli in 2009. The next leg of the Volvo is on 20th May from Newport RI USA to Cardiff.
