English (UK) Work has started on the Grib Groyne at the entrance to Pwllheli Harbour.
This replaces the old groyne which was built when the marina was constructed and had become badley damaged over the years.
This groyne is constructed of substantial rock armour and it is hoped that this will reduce the amount of sand and gravel being deposited in the channel.
