RORC have arranged a series of Regional Seminars with the intention of "bringing more people to the sport".
The seminar is open and everyone is invited. This includes both sailors who currently do or do not race under IRC plus those who currently race NHC or any other Local Handicap.
In addition to this we would like to invite the sailors and key people from all clubs in this area: Secretary, Sailing Secretary if that is somebody different, Flag Officer Sailing and/or Captain of Racing etc. You get the idea –everyone.
