Morning Cloud II - visit to Pwllheli

Edward Heath's Morning Cloud II (1971) visited Pwllheli on her way to Cowes to take part in the Classic Yacht Regatta.

She will leave Pwllheli Monday evening 12th July.

She was first launched in 1971 and has recently been rebuilt - a video of this work can be seen on Cowes On Line. She is now called Opposition.

She won the Admirals Cup in 1971 and Edward Heath is the only serving British prime minister to have captained a team to victory in sport.
