SCUK Safe Guarding and Protecting Children 9^th February CH Pwllheli SC 6.30pm-9pm

Open to all!- Essential Course for Child Welfare Officials, and anyone involved in the Coaching/Teaching of Children or Vulnerable Adults.

RYA First Aid Course 20/21 January 2010@ Plas Menai

Spread over 2 evenings- 6pm-9.30pm

RYA Dinghy Instructor Pre-entry Assessment and Training 23^rd/24^th January @ CH Pwllheli SC

RYA Racing Coach Level 2 23^rd/24^th January @ Plas Menai

Eligibility; Appropriate racing experience (guide = good club racer), Current racing knowledge (classes/pathways), RYA Powerboat Level 2, Valid first aid certificate (minimum 6 hrs inc hypothermia). Minimum age 16. Previous instructing experienced is preferred but is not essential if the candidate has suitable alternative experience.

Instructor Skills Day 31^st January CH Bala SC

Personal Skills day for any RYA Instructors, those working towards qualifications, or those wanting to gain the next level- more details to follow

RYA Dinghy Instructor Course (Weekend based) 19/20/21/ and 27/28 February @ CH Pwllheli SC.

Eligibility;Minimum age 16, Valid first aid certificate (minimum 6 hrs inc hypothermia);RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate; Pre-entry sailing assessment completed within 1 year prior to the instructor training course.

RYA Regional Instructors Conference 21^st March @ Plas Menai

RYA Senior Instructor Course (Weekend based ) 13/14/27/28 March 2010 @ Plas Menai

Eligibility; Candidates must be an experienced RYA dinghy instructor, minimum age 18; Two years intermittent or one year full time dinghy instructing experience since qualifying; RYA Safety Boat certificate; Valid first aid certificate (minimum 6 hrs inc hypothermia)
