Cymraeg As many members know, we have been very lucky to have Stephen Tudor as Chair of the UK IRC committee, which has been a huge help in securing IRC events away from the Solent, and overseeing the introduction of the YTC rating scheme, to help provide a rating system at little or no cost for club racing.
Stephen has always supported those new to racing and cemented this ethos into the IRC committee.
