This award was presented to Plas Heli Volunteers in recognition of the "hard work, passion, and commitment to supporting and running Welsh, UK and International events
The dedication from the Plas Heli team, teamwork and camaraderie that is not matched in any other venue."
Plas Heli received a message from Sian Reynolds, Chair RYA CW
"Thank you to all
Your time, skill, and unwavering commitment do not go unnoticed.
You truly make the difference and help make every event held at Plas Heli memorable and unforgettable.
The smiles shared on the dock and afloat show competitors how much you care, and how far you all go to ensure that Plas Heli delivers world class events with a splash of our bendigedig Welsh spirit.
On behalf of RYA CW – Diolch yn Fawr

This award, and the great feedback received for our events would not be possible without the hard work over the last 10 years in adapting and developing Plas Heli as a Centre of Sailing Excellence and as a worthwhile community asset.
Since the covid pandemic we have transformed the working model into a sustainable operation which allows us to invest in improving the facilities.
This would not be possible without our wonderful, dedicated volunteers.
We have some exciting projects in the pipeline all of which will make our volunteering work easier and even more enjoyable.
Please enjoy the evening, lets together make 2026 another great year and we hope to celebrate the next ten years

Plas Heli Chair
Sean Devlin and the Catering team were thanked for the excellent evening and many thanks to our evening sponsor.
