Plas Heli, the café bar, compounds and pontoons are now open and available for our members, guests and visitors.
Access to our facility is however conditional on compliance with our 'Covid 19 Protocol'
In particular our members, guets and visitors are reminded to respect the rules on social distancing (it is 2m in Wales), regular hand cleaning and all visits to the facility must be recorded on our track and trace systems as follows:
This procedure is very important and is designed to protect the health of everyone who work/volunteer at the facility and of course you the visitors and guests.
In line with the latest initiatives to minimize the spread of Covid 19 we are determined to play our part to minimize the spread of this virus.
We have followed the guidance of our Governing Body, RYA and RYA Cymru Wales, for centres, sailing clubs and associations, boaters and sailors, and also the instruction of Welsh Government and all appropriate Health Authorities.
We will provide updates on this web site but for now please keep safe.

Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Event Centre, has been awarded the venue rights for the 'IRC Welsh National Championships' for 2021 and 2022. The Championships are run and organised by CHPSC and RDYC.

2021 Membership Rates
Membership of CHPSC for 2021 will be available from 1st October 2020 for new members- a person who has not been a member for the last three years...
You will notice new Car Parking signs at Plas Heli over the next few days.
CHPSC paid up members are automatic permit holders for the purposes of the members parking area - the area where the bike shelter is located.
The parking area on the Plas Heli Quayside is available for paid up CHPSC members and to authorised pontoon users.
To obtain a parking permit
The parking area is accessed through the gate adjacent to the old club building
The code to the gate is changed regularly and can be obtained through the plasheli.org website >...
2021 Membership Structure
Membership of CHPSC for 2021 will be available from 1st October 2020 for new members - a person who has not been a member in th elast three years.😀
The membership year is from 1st January to 31st December so a new member in October will benefit from 15 months of membership for the price of 12 months - bargain.
