Dress code is smart casual.
There will be a pre - dinner reception on the first floor from 1830hrs.
The meal will be served at the table in the main hall at 1930hrs. Please check the seating plan.
There will be 150 members and guests attending the Club's Christmas Party on Saturday evening so to help make arrangements easier and to avoid congestion at the bar could you all please ensure that you have paid beforehand. Payments can be made at the bar or by telephone 01758613343. It would also be a good idea to charge up your loyalty card at the same time!
After the conclusion of all formalities we will retire to the first floor and the dancing wll be in the restaurant area.
